Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions regulate your relationship with bika99 and apply whenever you visit, register, deposit, wager, withdraw or communicate with support. References to additional rules include promotion terms, game rules, payment limits and the bika99 Privacy Policy. Those materials form part of this agreement where relevant.

You accept these terms by using bika99. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised provisions. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Definitions

In this agreement, “account” means the personal player profile registered with bika99. “Player”, “you” and “your” mean the individual using that account. “Platform”, “service”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to bika99 and its authorised operational services.

“Deposit” means funds credited for permitted gaming activity. “Withdrawal” means an approved transfer from the available cash balance to a payment method held by the player. “Bonus funds” means promotional value subject to separate restrictions. “Wager” includes a casino stake, sports bet, live football selection, lottery entry or other permitted gaming transaction.

Account Eligibility

To use bika99, you must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and be permitted to gamble under the laws applicable to your location. Bika99 does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government body. Malaysian users remain responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful for them.

You may maintain only one personal bika99 account unless written approval is provided. Accounts may not be opened for another person, transferred, sold, shared or used as a commercial payment facility. Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in game administration may be restricted from participating where a conflict exists.

Registration and Account Security

You must provide complete, accurate and current information when registering with bika99. This may include your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, mobile number, email address and preferred MYR payment details. You must update information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes and device access. Do not disclose credentials to relatives, friends or third parties. Activity completed through your authenticated bika99 account may be treated as authorised unless you report suspected compromise promptly.

Bika99 may apply reasonable security controls, including session checks, login verification, transaction monitoring and temporary account restrictions. You must notify support if you notice an unfamiliar login, wager or payment request.

Identity Verification and Compliance

Bika99 may request KYC documents before or after a deposit, withdrawal or account review. Documents may include a valid MyKad, driving licence or passport, proof of address dated within three months, a payment ownership record and a selfie or other verification evidence.

You agree to provide genuine, readable and unaltered documents within the requested period. Bika99 may delay payments, limit activity or suspend an account while identity, age, source of funds, payment ownership or fraud concerns are reviewed. Verification timelines are estimates and may vary according to document quality and case complexity.

Information collected during verification will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals and MYR Transactions

Available payment methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB and other approved channels. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts and processing times may change according to account status, banking maintenance and operational requirements.

All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Bika99 may reject third-party deposits or require funds to be returned through the original channel. The account is not a bank account and must not be used solely to transfer money without genuine gaming activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared funds, completed KYC, applicable wagering requirements and security review. Estimated processing times are not guarantees. Malaysian bank schedules, e-wallet interruptions, incorrect recipient details and enhanced checks may cause delays. Bika99 is not responsible for fees independently charged by banks or payment providers.

If funds are credited in error, duplicated or reversed by a provider, bika99 may correct the balance and recover any amount that was not validly received.

Casino Games, Sports Betting and Wagers

A wager is accepted only when confirmed and recorded by bika99. Players must review the stake, market, selection and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager ordinarily cannot be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind or misunderstood the selection.

Casino results are determined by the applicable game system or live dealer process. Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets, are settled using the result and settlement rules displayed for the relevant event. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participant details, technical faults or markets opened after an outcome became known may be corrected or voided.

Internet interruptions do not automatically cancel an accepted wager. The bika99 transaction record will be used when determining whether an instruction was received. Maximum payout limits may apply by game, event, day or account and will be enforced according to the applicable rules.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Bika99 promotions are optional and may be limited by date, game, payment method, account category or Malaysian region. Separate terms may specify a minimum deposit, eligible games, turnover requirement, maximum bet, expiry date and maximum convertible amount.

Bonus funds are not the same as withdrawable cash until all applicable conditions are satisfied. A withdrawal request made before completing a promotion may result in cancellation of the remaining bonus and associated winnings where the relevant promotion terms expressly allow it.

Bika99 may withhold a promotion where multiple accounts, coordinated play, low-risk bonus manipulation, false information or another form of abuse is reasonably identified. Decisions will be based on account records and the published promotion conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use bika99 to commit fraud, launder money, evade sanctions, conceal payment ownership, exploit technical faults or interfere with fair play. The following conduct is prohibited:

• creating duplicate, false or nominee accounts;
• using another person's identity, e-wallet or bank account;
• colluding with other players or manipulating live events;
• using bots, scripts or unauthorised automated betting tools;
• attempting to reverse a valid deposit after wagering;
• harassing staff or submitting forged verification documents; and
• exploiting an obvious game, odds, payment or settlement error.

Bika99 may investigate suspected prohibited conduct, preserve relevant records, restrict funds associated with the review and take reasonable corrective action.

Responsible Gambling

Bika99 provides gambling as entertainment, not as employment, an investment or a guaranteed method of earning income. You should establish a budget before playing, avoid borrowing money, take regular breaks and never chase losses.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to reopen access or create another account. Bika99 will take reasonable steps to apply the restriction, but you remain responsible for respecting the request.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request closure of your bika99 account through customer support. Before closure, pending wagers may remain active until settlement unless an applicable rule requires otherwise. A legitimate withdrawable balance remains subject to verification and payment checks.

Bika99 may restrict, suspend or close an account where required for security, compliance, responsible gambling, suspected prohibited conduct or material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible and lawful, the player will be informed of the general reason and any steps needed to resolve the review.

Closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure, including the correction of payment errors, settlement of valid wagers and investigation of suspected fraud.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Bika99 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee that every game, market or payment channel will remain available without interruption. Planned maintenance, internet failures, device issues, banking outages and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bika99 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, player error, unauthorised credential sharing or reliance on gambling as income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Players are responsible for compatible equipment, secure internet access and checking all displayed information before confirming transactions.

Complaints and Dispute Review

If you believe an account action, wager settlement or payment decision is incorrect, contact bika99 support promptly and provide the relevant date, amount, transaction reference and supporting evidence. Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable period after the event.

Bika99 will review platform records, provider data and applicable rules. You must cooperate with reasonable requests for information. A response may take longer where a game provider, payment partner or compliance team must supply additional evidence.

Amendments and Governing Framework

Bika99 may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, operational, security or product changes. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published. Players should review this page periodically.

The platform operates under international licensing arrangements and does not claim Malaysian government regulation. These terms are interpreted according to the applicable international licensing and contractual framework, subject always to mandatory rights that apply to the player.

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure by bika99 to enforce a clause immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
